This service allows providers to supply participants with equipment they may require assisting with maintaining their health, safety, and security. This can include: • Adaptions to shower systems • Security installations • Beds/Matresses. Other aspects of the service that can be charged for are delivery of the product, se up/installation, training around product and maintenance of the product.

This allows providers to assist participants with gaining access to mobility equipment to assist with providing independence and sustain function for as long as possible. This can include items such as wheelchairs, walkers, postural support as well as equipment such as ceiling hoists. Other aspects of the service that can be charged for are delivery of the product, set up/installation, training around product and maintenance of the product.

This service assists participants capacity to manage different aspects of life such as transitioning through different milestones, individual skill development as well as navigation through the complexity of the NDIS. Providers may be required to provide services such as peer support, mentoring, mental health recovery and coaching.

This service provides assistance and supervision of personal tasks of day to day living to enable participants to live as autonomously as possible. Ut mostly consists of support with hygiene, dressing, communications and lifestyle support. In short terms, it is about providing general personal care and support

This service assists participants with travel/transportation to and from destinations.

This service helps participants receive care and support within a variety of different shared living arrangements such as SIL,STA,MTA,ILO. It is designed to try an allow participants to live as independetely and autonomously as possible whilst still being in a safe and supportive enviroment. The care provided will normally include all aspects of personal care such as hygiene requirments and other day to day supports that participants require regularly.

This service assist participants to access main stream activities that they enjoy. This can be anything from football games, fishing trips, bowling etc.

This service assists participants to develop and maintain important life skills such as learning about public transport, resumes, taxes, saving skills, social Skills, physical activity skills etc.

This service assists participants to maintain their general area of living including: • Cleaning • Gardening • Basic indoor & outdoor home maintenance • Laundry/Linen • Meal preparation

This service allows providers to supply participants with equipment they may require in their home to promote mobility, assists with tasks to make their life easier. Other aspects of the service that can be charged for are delivery of the product, se up/installation, training around product and maintenance of the product. Some product example are: • Assistive devices for cooking • Assistive devices for cleaning • Alarms • Doorbells • Adapted clocks • Safety & security • Programmable memory aids

This allows providers to assist participants to attend areas in the community. For example shopping trips, appointments, leisure activities.

This service allows support coordinators to find the correct providers business to cater for their participants specific and induvial needs. There are 3 levels of support coordination and providers are required to work with various levels of participants, this can also include agency managed participants. This service is only for Level 3 support coordination. It is for participants who have complex care plans and needs and involves the support coordinator being far more hands on in regards to the creation and management of the support plan.

This allows providers to assist participants to gain and maintain employment this service will vary depending on what the participant requires. Examples include creating resumes, attending interviews, attending/supervising the workplace.

This service allows providers to take participants to activities that are within a group or centre based which allow the participant to have enjoyment in various activities or events.
